Allow me to share a little about why I'm here.

Hey, I'm Rania, a certified NLP practitioner, relationship mentor, wife, mum and founder of Dusty Rose Society and Unapologetically Empowered.

7 years ago, at age 37, I chose courage over comfort and completely redesigned my life. It wasn't an easy decision. In fact, it was one of the hardest things I've ever done. But I realized continuing to live according to everyone else's expectations would cost me more than starting over ever could.

Here's what most people don't know: It was through mentoring other women that I dug deeper into my own patterns. Helping them see what they were tolerating forced me to examine what I was tolerating. Teaching them to set boundaries made me realize where I could strengthen mine.

Because here's the truth: we're all a work in progress. You can have all the knowledge in the world, but it means nothing unless you actually implement it. I wasn't perfect when I started mentoring, and I'm not perfect now. But helping others transform pushed me to do my own deep work. Their breakthroughs sparked mine. And that dual journey, guiding others while evolving myself, is what made this program so powerful.

I went from being the accommodating one to someone who stands fully in her power. I learned who deserves my energy, the difference between being nice and being kind, and how to build genuine connections rooted in respect, not obligation.
